When you bring your child for an appointment, please bring their health records, any referral letters from other doctors, a list of current medications (if any), and your insurance information or relevant identification. For admissions, in addition to the above, you may want to bring comfortable clothing, toiletries, a favourite toy or comfort item for your child, and any special dietary needs or preferences. We will provide essential bedding and medical supplies.
